The Rosa family tradition of craftsmen began in Casasola, Italy, a small mountain village. The hand made steeples and balconies crafted by the Rosas at the village's church still stands to this day.
After working for other carpentry business for years, Frank Rosa eventually branched off and founded Rosa Carpentry Inc in 1969. Frank had a vision to build a carpentry business that focused on quality craftsmanship, with a customer-first approach. Since retiring, Frank's son Steve has continued the tradition of quality carpentry in Greenwich, CT and Rye, NY.
Now in its third generation of business, Steve's son, Dan, has joined to keep the family tradition alive. He currently works closely with his father, learning the craft of carpentry. The Rosa family also takes pride in its well-trained, knowledgeable staff of carpenters. Together, the staff at Rosa Carpentry has hundreds of years worth of carpenter experience.
The first step in any home renovation or carpentry project is to get to know you and your home. Once we schedule a time to meet, we will come out to take measurements and learn about the work that needs to get done. We then invite you to our Greenwich showroom so you can get a chance to look at the variety of wood species and colors for cabinets. We also have a wide variety of countertops to look through to give you a better idea of what the end result will look like.
Once a direction is chosen, we will put together a detailed drawing and a renovation estimate for you, FREE of charge! When you are ready to move forward with the project, a start date is decided on, and your newly renovated home is in progress!
Steve is the owner and lead carpenter for Rosa Carpentry. He has worked at Rosa Carpentry for over 30 years
Dan is the Vice-President and has worked with the company for over 10 years. He works as a carpenter and Business Manager.
Chris works both on the job site, and the website. He has been working at Rosa Carpentry for 10 years. Chris is a Co-Founder and COO at Drop In Labs.
Jessica plays an integral part in the office. From answering telephones, to balancing the books; she keeps the office in tip top shape.
